Why Cooking With a Gas Smoker is Best


When I asked "What is the best way to cook meat -? roast or a smoker, the answer is quick:" With gas smoker. However, it is not always the complete answer. Usually the person asking has some other factors that are important, such as speed and ease. Let's explore this.

Let me state first off that cooking with gas smoker is by far the most juicy, healthy and wonderful way to prepare any meat. Nothing in this world tastes as good as a chest that was in a gas smoker for several hours. No other method of cooking gives you a luscious fragrance that gas is not smoking or generate the same level of anticipation. It is also close your darned fool-proof in terms of preparation (if you burned the meal in a gas smoker, then you really goofed somehow ).

When cooking on gas as a source of heat does not "taste the heat. " ie the elements of wood or coal used to generate heat. With gas smoker, you get all the rich smoky flavor by adding wood chips in water pan. In fact, the type of wood used is important so that the end result is often a choice of wood is part of the recipe. It is this ability to add natural flavor that smoking is all about.
